Been doing this for two years now, up to now I've done everything myself apart from powder coat the chassis. I started with a 1990 V8 EFI with 48,000 miles on the clock. it has all mot's etc to back up the mileage so I thought this would be a good one to end up with.

Anyway, my aim was to build a car that was as close as possible to when it came out of the factory, I wanted (and still want as it's not finished) to experience what it would have been like to drive one when it was new.

With this in mind I have only used original genuine parts on everything, this includes literally everything and is part of the reason it's taken two years as genuine parts are not cheap and somethings are hard to source in either new or as new condition.

Right I'm not good with computers so please bear with me, I'm going to try and put some pictures up. Also, I've put an unbelievable amount of time in to this with my now eight year old son so please be gentle with me.

Lastly, I'm not a big one for putting pictures on the internet but I've decided to put them on here because I have had little success in finding any pictures of rrc's in new condition or even when they were actually new. so hopefully these may help someone else.

Hope that makes sense.

Gripping my chair waiting !

(i'm just doing some final bits on my 1990 3.9 Classic - but will probably end up doing more.. and more...)

To be fair I did say I'm not good on computers, how do I upload pics please? I've opened a photobucket......er bucket but can't get them to upload?

Thanks,

Ant.

On photo bucket click share on the pic you want and a list of links will pop up.

Click on the IMG link and it will automatically copy and then just paste directly into a reply box here.
