Hello Gents,

Just about to repipe the boys' 1986 90, anyone know what size & thread the fittings are - want to buy them begfore we start

Hi Gratch Yep search tool is great
90's vintage Disco, older series, P38 and 90's vintage range rover, No defender of the1986 vintage.

I know P38's are metric 10mm x 1.0 pitch but are the 1980's defenders 3/16 unf or did they changee to Metric?

Pedant bit:- there were no 1986 defenders, they were 90's. And you mean 3/8 unf.;)

My 1987 90 is metric. My mates 1986 90 is metric.
 
My 110 of 1989 vintage has a mixture of metric and UNF fittings. They only cost pennies so get yourself a nice selection. Having said that my local motor factor doesn't sell imperial fittings the useless tw&t

You got different types of callipers on it?
You didn't buy it of someone called gresham did you?
