Hi guys, wondering if anyone can help, doing the head gasket on my 1979 Classic Rangey and don't know the torque settings to put it all back together?
It's a 3.5 v8 carb,
Help would be greatly appreciated

/ 8 4 2 6 10
/ 14 13 11 12 bulk head
left hand side



ok do them up a bit at a time, in the order as above to avoid distorting the head.


bolts 1-10 70lb/ft or 9.6kg/m

bolts 11-14 55lb/ft or 7.5 kg/m

Excellent, thanks for the help, got it all back together and started after a few teething issues, just gotta figure why my Kenlowes aren't kicking in automatically and i'll be away, hopefully ready for the weekend

ditch the third outer row of bolts not needed at all the ten bolts will be fine

as he says third row 25nm with thread lock after all others done-stops holes filling with **** and looks better
