The excess fuel screw on the inner side of the 12J injection pump. If i turn the screw inwards (clockwise), will it increase fuel or decrease it ?
Thanks.

Interested in this as well. After chucking some redux into my tank the other week I’m getting a fair bit of black smoke and what looks like unburnt diesel covering the back of the truck.

After some trial and error, it turns out that turning the screw inwards increases fuel and turning it outwards decreases it.

These video might help for a DPA pump but the metering principle is the same on DPS.

The attached info is stuff I gathered when I had 1 15J engine
The gauarded bolt in side ways to the body operates a plate that moves the metering valve max min.
The other on sets the max RPM
