Iv'e got a 110 2.5 N/A diesel, now I know these are not quick, but seem's quite slow, I was thinking of fitting a K+N air filter but will it make any difference?. I had a lightwieght with R/R diff's before and it was a lot quicker.

Any idea's?

i dont think you will notice any difference m8.

Fit a 200TDI

NA stands for "naturally asthmatic" so don't expect to get much more than 55mph from it (unless you're going down a steep hill or have just been chucked out the back of a Hercules)

Stick a turbo into it, won't do much but will give you a little more power, and there easy to fit.

The NA is a good engine, but is slow, it is simple to work with, especially the mechanical fuel injection. I take it its the 19J?

Big block chev is the best way to make it go - but its not the best way to go for good mpg tho.Lighting up all 4 tyres from a standing start on a dry road is good fun as well.
