I got my 110 back from bloke doing the renovation. Totally messed up! I will need to get it through its MOT and then fix all the bodges.

To start with, could someone please post pictures of the B pillar to roof area? From outside and inside.

None of the doors align properly so I will do it myself. Do you have any tips? Can I start with any door first?

Thanks

These should help with what Land Rover called “acceptable”.

Bulkhead adjusts using washers on the main bottom bolts.
I would fit tub, fit bulkhead and clamp in place using roof.
You will then know what needs to move.

The tub probably adjusts the least.
One thing I do recall on my full 110sw rebuild is what a mare it was to get everything correct, I had lorry ratchet straps pulling everything in different directions and undoing/doing up bolts hundreds of times over and over and over.
Second thing I remember is that the B posts top mounting holes would not line up when the doors were correct. I ended up drilling new holes for them but mine was built from 3 different vehicles cos most of the original vechicles tub, roof, doors, bulkhead and chassis was fecked.

It could do with a second respray as the finish is shocking! I will post some pics later in the week. I will probably drive it as is for some tíme to see exactly what needs doing
