Hi,
After changing a couple of wheel cylinders and re greasing everything I found that one adjuster wouldn't adjust the shoes enough to lock up the drum so I'm guessing (and hoping) its time for new shoes all round. I'm going to double check that its not an 11" drum on the back (1970's swb) but is there a way to tell with out a tape measure?
I recall the rear shoes didn't have the anchor plate (236993) fitted and the shoes weren't being held back from the drum. I assume this plate is needed but I'm sure it probably not been there for the last 10+ years so thought id ask here...
I'm now questioning is this was missing from any of the other wheels so I guess ill be checking before placing an order this evening.....
Any thought or comments gratefully received...
Thanks Andy
