My 00 Ranger engine (3.0 ltr 6 cyl)has been squeeling for many months. I
first changed out the tensioner bearing, it did not fix it. I then
changed out the fixed roller bearing, again it did not fix it. Before I
start swapping out expensive components (alternator, water pump, AC
compressor, etc), I was hoping someone out there has a trick to
troubleshooting this problem. Please help!

Get a mechanics stethoscope (or a long screw driver or a length of
hose) and VERY CAREFULLY use it to probe the various components until
you isolate the noise. Just be careful of spinning machinery and
moving belts while doing it.

Please describe the squeal. Does it do it all the time? If you leave off the
serpintine belt for a few moment and start the engine does the squeal go
away?

I have the same problem with my 99 gmc sierra classic with a 5.7 v8.I have
changed the same parts, plus the belt and alt.The noise stops when i
remove the belt.Is worse in cold weather. At night when lights are on, can
see voltmeter drop to about 11 volts, then will go up to 14 and squeal
stops until volts drop again.Everything seems to work fine.Starts fine
even in ciold weather.
