Better look up Auchtermuchty. So, found it there, first Captain of the Clipper Cutty Sark, which was near where I went to uni so I visited it, long before the fire.

Saw a similar photo of the guvner, on a pub wall, taken next to a sign in the Orkney or Shetland Islands (can't remember which).
