I had a mate who when first married suggested he might do some hoovering, his delighted wife said "yes, please" he then promptly bashed it into everything until she told him "never to try that again"!!!
She moaned at being inside all day!:rolleyes:
Anyway all the use of the L shaped tool for getting weeds out of cracks between slabs has given me "tennis elbow" so I am off this for a while!
She gets it really and usually all I have to do is heavy lifting and weed-whacking. But visitors coming pushes things forward.
As for housework, I've done it since I was a child so barely even notice I am doing it. And I love cooking!;)

More luck than judgment. The tiles are big, quite heavy and designed to interlock, which is good cos when one breaks all you need to fix it is a new tile and two bits of wood to hold the others up a bit while you place the new one. I always have a 10 pack of spares. They seem to go on the North facing side, they chip and crack. A French mate reckons they were a bad job lot. But the winters up here can be fierce, so I suppose they don't dry out as fast as the rest. The ones only one storey up go quicker than the ones two storeys up. :confused:

NO. They are' closely linked' with the LR dealer! ;) I will not even ask the dealer for a price although they did tell me to look around as through them the prices would be much higher!!!!!!

Messed about trying to fix the bootmgr fing but no change. Couldn't see a drive it could boot oft. Messed wiv disk partition ont dos screen but still wouldn't boot. Found me usb with a dell recovery fing onnit but fort betterer of using that. Worra twot. Eye was scared of killin it propper and losing all me files.

Put me previous backup on and it wouldn't boot. Realised eye din't select the option to get norton ghost to make the drive bootable after the recovery. Only one partition ont drive as eye dun't need to mess with da hidden ones. Done it again and it booted. But only after putting me usb dell recovery tool int and running that to fix bootmgr and other hidden bolloks eye can't easily solve meself. But that was a 6 week old backup which is before I gottid me desk and phooter setup and did lots of fings ont me phooter. But at least it were now booting to win 7 again which is a good starting point to work from.

So eye then fort me drive was bootable and therefore I could recover the latest broke'd c drive only, which is where me windows is. Not much data on there other than email files but eye plan to auto back them up to me data disk wiv a batch file int start up menu option fing int future. Eye tend to drop a lot of stuff ont me desktop so int future eye will leave shortcuts there int stead to reduce risk. Easier to know everyfink is ont me data disk and separate int case yer need to reload windows.

Putting the broke'd backup ont the now working drive din't work. Went int but wouldn't boot. Norton ghost did it but must have messed wiv the bootmgr fing inna bad way and stopped it working. Or put back the damage in some way. Bastid. Each of these recoveries are running int ghost dos mode so take 5 hours to copy across 180GB as the dos driver is slower. So that p*ssed me oft. So eye put back the 6 week old working recovery and it wouldn't boot like it would before. Bastid.

Did some more playing and gave up. Then eye seen me usb dell recovery fing looking at me. Put that int and looked at the options. Clicked next as eye wern't sure what option was the bestist. It auto analyzed the problem. After a bit it said it were fixed. Me 6 week old backup then booted. 'Hum' eye finks. I then put yesdi's c drive recovery back on (another 5 hours) then run the dell fing again and it fixed that anorl. So the problem is now solved. If I had used the dell fing at the start it would have been fixed int 10 minutes. Bastid.

Good news is am gerrin one of thems external ssd's to do faster backups. Int background eye will then copy it to me external spinning disks while I'm still working. Need to get back to regular monthly backups anorl.
