Guid morn
Weather has broken as rain overnight so definitely Taps Oan for the rest of the year.
Put my Yamaha XS1100 on E Bay and have a guy travelling up from Lincolnshire today to take a look.
Hopefully get it sold and free up space in the garage for something else !
Ordered Lanoguard underbody care kit, should get it later in the week and apply to u/s of Defender, will feedback my opinion at some point.

Mornin all.
Pizzed with rain last night, it woke Wifey up twice, (she still didn't close the window though)
Kitchen still stinks a bit of burnt egg.
Imagine burnt toast then multiply it about 5, yuk.
As it has stopped raining, I think, I will start on cleaning out the pool while Wifey allegedly starts on the shoulder high weeds around it. As we have peeps coming to stay I hope it gets warm enough to swim. It was, a few days ago, but it cam lose temp quite quickly especially if it rains.
But the forecast is for no rain for at least the rest of today and tomoz!

Thats round the other side from me tis very nice but out the way, quite a tight drive on the road in
especially the right hander at Balmaha 1st gear shot up the hill be warned lol
That road is a dead end if you keep going pub ect tis nice on a sunny day.
Much more to see & do round at balloch side & up the A82 to Glen Coe, or up the Rest and be thankful
you will see much more of the loch side ect
The surroundings are spectacular.
@kevstar , you live in a very fine location...really great countryside. The Balmaha right hand corner is great...the Forester took the corner in second gear and powers its way up the hill with the grippage of a 4x4 chamois. We did a lot of small track/lane off beaten track exploring last August and found some truly spectacular scenery, Loch Etive and the glen is remarkable. We were sad to be leaving Scotland behind...

Me Island has experiencing some rain showers of biblical proportions so far today and I've not yet seen the promised sunshine.
That looks pretty honest, Low price for the low miles. Yes you need those items
.Did you also ask when the belts were last done. They have a mileage and age change time.
Personally never did like the headlight arrangement on the 999.

The only thing is this is the earlier 2003 model, was an issue on the 749, 2005 was better! Don't know if makes a difference to the 999

I dont know what issue? As I say I dont personally like the 999 look so didnt. Got the 1098 instead

But with the termignoni exhaust pack you get a different ecu so those problems may not exist in the new maps
