Help fitting centre/front rear diff mount

Hi,
I hope some of you can help me. Thanks to Landyzone "Freelander clunk when changing gear" diagram I discovered the above mount was well worn. I have purchased a replacement but require information on how I fit the new one.
What do I have to take off/undo and jack up to fit the rear suspension mounting bracket?
I appreciate any help you can give.

Its easy to change. Don't disconnect the prop shaft, just unbolt the front mounting, take out the bolt through the center of both rear mountings and push the diff to the side so you can get the front mounting out and the new one in. Bolt it all back up.
