Changed the Front radius arm bushes. Think I'm gonna claim a LZ record unless anyone else has managed to get both front bushes out in 1 piece in less than 2 minutes.

Was hoping it would cure the death wobble. & when I did the N/S one & took it for spin it was a lot better. But when I fitted the O/S bushes the wobble came back worst than it was before. Only at 50mph now instead of 42ish!! So doing Swivel pins & wheel bearings next weekend

How you get them out.

will bounce like fook on the rubber and get yu nowhere.

Trick is to :

Bend outer sleeve inwards towards the centre of the bush, Then Insert small cold chisel between the outer sleeve & the wall & hammer it down between the 2 of them. This forces the outer ring to fold in on it'self and it's diametre reduces. Thus allowing it to fall or be knocked clean out of the radius arm.

Well it got me home in one piece no rattles or shakes. Too be honest not really had a look at it. but assuming it's in reasonable condition I was thinking £75 inc Callipers etc as a bare axle tends to fetch around £100 on fleabay at the mo.
