Which diff oil for ARB's?

Hi all, I'm going to give my TD5 90 a good service soon but not sure which diff oil I should be putting it, ARB diffs front and rear it's mainly used for road with a bit of green laning every now and then, cheers!

Would guess sea90, that's most common gear oil and thats what goes in landy axles, look in your hand book or Google it, if in doubt email arb and ask

Yeah Google said ep90 in general but couldn't find anything specific to Defenders, she'll do for me cheers
