what do you call the cable u string from bonnet to roof

hi all spent a while on ebay trying to find the bush cables u string from bonnet to roof tryed calling it diffrent things but just kept getting everything else but what i wanted back in the search anyone found them before if so under what name would be helpful

coz if you hit a pedestrian or you're in a collision were someone comes into contact with the wire while at speed it will quite likely cut them in half.

Same as they can put prohibition order on a vehicle for any sharp edge that a pedestrian could come in contact with.

Missing plastic parts over wheel arches and bumpers being a favourite.

bull bars have been made illegal on new cars.. and cars after a certain date of manf..

winch bumpers dont usually have forward facing sharp edges..
