Viscous fan or water pump?

Gentlemen there is no need to insult this guy like this he only asked a question. Maybe his English is not so good but it's a lot better than some that are born here. Give him a break.
 
thank you wammers,thank you storm.just trying my best 2 understand and b understood,and learning how 2 fix my problems without heading 2 dealers 2 rob me.plus that u won't believe wht happened 2 me today in my p38,i went 2 open the exp cap and when i looked inside i saw debris and ****e floating in the water and the returm bleed pipe hole was not returning the coolant into the exp tank,i went crazy and removed the exp tank and flush it 4 half an hour 2 clean it.then when i went back 2 reattached it,the heater hose that's attached to it from the bottom had a clip that refused 2 open so i can attach it.i spent 3 hrs trying 2 open this fecker so i can clip the hose to the tank.ended up w blisters and wounds and blood gushing fro my hands.
