update on suspension,

fitted recon compressor today and suspension now working all ok question is are the compressor supossed to get hot and if so how hot cheers.

Mine was getting too hot to touch (oooerr missuss!!) so have gone for relacing the teflon seal (as in other thread/s) I would have thought a recon. would have all the repairable bits renewed so should only get as warm as not constantly having to fight to pressure up.There is a mod. to drill a hole/holes & cover in mesh in the plastic housing to improve airflow, rangie.com ,I think.

Its bound to get hot by the nature of what its doing,remember holding the end of yer bike pump as a kid ?
