Left my book a home.......*tuts*

Is there a torque setting for these 3 bolts, or is ‘that’ll do’ be ok.

Also

Is there torque for Top and bottom shock nuts?

May i ask a really silly question plse, are those stainless steel bolts, is it ok to use stainless steel, or do u have to use high tensile ones

What are those bolts for plse
