May not actually read the faults on the L322 if that is what you have got.
ok thanks it is a 2010 r/r vogue he did say as there where no engine faults it must be fuel related I have changed the filter as advised but as I have said no joy

Electrical fault is also possible, but no faults sounds unlikely.

It might be the "bees knees" for most vehicles, but there have been a few posts that say it will not work on Range Rovers.

if that’s the case , he needs to start reading the live data , due to the complexity of these vehicles
assume they started with the battery , alternator , earths etc to ensure everything is at it should be

ur spot on there, been many circumstances where no faults have shown up but then going through the live data has shown errors

Air in system will make it crank and crank without starting. Loose hose/spill or sometimes dodgy tank pump can let air in but won’t show on diagnostics.
