Evening all
I am trying to find a way of preventing the latch actuator separating from the lock hook. Is it a part that is available or do I need to buy a new latch actuator?

Just discovered a solution . Star lock washers !
All sorted tomorrow

Hi,

It's hard to figure out without a good picture of the problem.
For any door lock issue, it should be fixed seriously, it's very hard to open a blocked door !
