swing away carrier for defender.. please read:

Hi folks.
Right.. i'm on a mission here to have to modify a swing away to fit my defender as the normal X member is cut away and replaced by a thick round and angled bumper X member which means the normal lower fixing point no longer exists and swing away would have to be chopped and changed.. i don't want to wreck a real good pricey one in this task if i cant get it to look good... so:

Anyone got one i can buy for reasonable cost, even if its a bit ropy paint wise. If i get it to fit i can have it powdercoated along with all the chequer plating.

Started this thread April 2012, and still not sorted, still looking.

I'll give you my one if you go halves in replacing it with an Alisport one

don't even know what that is,, but sounds expensive lol
