After two years of nearly complete neglect & daily use, shifting junk, pulling my trailer, pulling cars out of ditches etc, my Disco 2 finally needs some TLC
Suspension is clunking, banging, creaking, knocking, generally sounding like bits are falling off, so I'm launching a full assault on the bushes and links. I'm sure the watts linkage bushes are shot, as well as the front shock mountings, I'll also do the ARB links and bushes at the same time (done once before about 3yrs ago when I switched from ACE to standard set-up)
I'll have a 12T hydraulic press, and plenty of penetrating fluid, besides the normal grunt and cleaning off corrosion, any particular pitfalls to be aware of ?
Thx
