Stereo Question

The stereo in my 2001 TD5 xs is not working . There seems to be power going into it and the buttons illuminate when I put the side lights on .
The fuse seems ok as well .
The model no. is XQD000110LNF .
It has the CD changer under the driver's seat.
I'm thinking of replacing the stereo rather than paying an auto electrician to try and repair it.
There are a couple of Discovery Stereos on ebay at the moment which look the same but have slightly different model numbers.
Does anyone know if one of these stereos would work as a direct replacement ?

I'm not going to trawl through ebay, but I can say the the best thing I ever did after 12 year was to replace the Land Rover ICE with an after market system.
