Squealing spigot bush after replacement

Hi,
I recently had a new clutch and spigot bush fitted. Sine fitting almost 3 weeks ago it squeeling most of the time during gear changes and whilst engaging gear. It stops once gear is engaged and, sometimes, after a long drive, presumably because the parts have expanded with heat.

i often find spigot bush is a tight fit on input shaft and have to ream them out a little

Was it lubricated?
There definitely quieter if soaked in engine oil or coated with grease

Just posted this for help: I am having a bit if an issue with the people who replaced my clutch and spigot bearing. It was replaced less than 3 weeks ago. The spigot bearing started squealing and the gears became hard to select after less than a day. I went back and was told the spigot was bedding in. I went back twice more and was told again the bearing was bedding in, and today that it was because I wasn't driving it right. I am sure I wasn't, but could driving kill a spigot bearing in under a week?! They have not offered to look at it, haven't offered to do the work under warranty and have been now very unpleasant. Any advice would be super

Be unpleasant back.they are talking out their butts.they know they are in the wrong but using bully tactics, use the buggers back at em.job not carried out correctly and they know it.write and also tell them they have 7 days to sort it or its going to court and trading standards. and name and shame on here so as no one else gets caught.

spigot bearing or bush only functions when clutch is pressed, so even if shaft was seized you wouldnt notice or do any harm driving , a tight spigot bush could make gear change more difficult which could be an issue for the baulk rings in the box,but just a noise when clutch is half pressed is annoying but not really an issue

Thank you. I'm sure it's the spigot, I just need the garage to stop being so difficult and fix their problem.
