How about bolting some stirrups complete with leather dangly bit to the side of your car, wunt matter if you **** em when off roading and they'd make a nice jingly sound when your driving down the road.

There's a really simple solution to all this that you have overlooked: Keep the landy as is and get rid of the missus.

Rafa - Heres some pics of the drivers side step attachment. Not so easy to photograph the bit where it bolts on as the tank is in the way. Hope these helps
