series doors on an early 90 pick up(1985)

Hi All
i have just got hold of some mint series 3 doors and was wondering if the doors will fit my 1985 90, i have read through some older post which say they do but i need to know which type of striker is needed with the series 3 door.
The strikers currently fitted are part number MUC 2959

Harry has sent me a link below showing a door striker but it doesnt look right, the locks on the doors are very similar to my 90 doors, but the striker needs to be lower would i be right in assuming these are anti burst type locks

Were your old doors standard? If so what kind of condition were they in? I'm after a new set as mine look like a bobbly jumper, with lots of rust!

MTC4195 STRIKER PLATE | shop | www.lrseries.com | L. R. Series These are the ones for a series 3. You may need to modify the door stay that stops it swinging open too far.

to be honest the skins are damaged and the vertical window guides are non existant. i think the scrap yard is the only place they belong

Thanks for the reply,the lock catches on my doors are shaped like the letter C, are these strikers definetly for this type catch.

Bugger. Looks like I'll keep on looking!
