I don't think that it's a bespoke since this vehicle has always been taken care of by LR before me for the suspension.

Wish mine was. The stupid plastic tube that takes the return back to the expansion tank has snapped off on mine. The previous owner tried bodging it and my indie had another go a year or so ago, but it's starting to leak again now so I'm going to have to replace the whole rad just because of this. Grrr.

I hate the damn things have had two failures along the seal where the plastic meets the metal core absolute crap design:mad:
 
Found a receipt in the folder for mine, new rad last year cost £124 from budget radiators on ebay, looks like a decent rad and cheap as chips considering last summer I spent £265 on a all alloy rad for the MX5!!!!!!

Its a big bugger though.

I found one for £144 all in, a couple of the other guys have them with no complaints.
When I got my Rangie last year the air con didn't work :-( I wasn't shocked!
I had a chap I've used in the past come round to take a look and he told me I needed a new condenser :-( then he told me that as mine was a late model it wasn't the same and it would cost about £900 to replace it! In the end he took it away and got a chap to Tig weld it and it's worked like a charm ever since.
 
It's fixed and back on the road :clap2::clap2::clap2:
Next week it's MOT time again :faint2: :faint2: :faint2:
lets hope it passes without costing me a shed load......

Just done a quick Goggle and found following values for conductivity:
Aluminium: 237
Copper:398
Steel:25-50
Brass:110
All units are comparable. This doesn`t take into account differing levels of emissivity, as this would be relavent in the real world.
For myself I`m not surprised by how good the Al. appears , but am surprised at how poor brass is.
