Puma 2013 Head unit and interior lights not working

I’ve been doing some work on my headliner and in doing so I think I accidentally shorted the rear interior light ever since my head unit and interior lights have not been working. I’ve checked the fuses and change them. They seem to be okay but still no joy.

Any advice please
