Personally not having the skills i'd go to a firm that takes your windows out to do the job that way your assured of a quality finish .

Having thought through what you might have to do to install these I decided against getting them! I take it my fears are confirmed and it is a bumper off, cutting holes in it and then running wiring through to switches/fusebox etc etc...???

Yep mine turned up very happy with speed and price ,took one look in the box went garage job way beyond my capabilities

Got my spot light kit months ago, but never got round to fitting them.
Eventually, because of personal circumstances and my lack of technical abilitiy I decided to put it in the hands of my local LR Indie.
It took them a couple of hours, but with reference to markyzs180's post, the bumper on the TD4 does not need to be removed to fit them.

Nope the bumper does not come off but cutting and feeding wires to/from fuse box and into dash is needed.

What I dont get is why 2X switches in the pack?

Can anyone tell me what they are for?

Regards

Here's a thought is it possible to wire them up to your main beam circuit will the fuze take it ,ideally thats how i would like it set up any help please

wire them to the main beam circuit but using a seperate fused supply and a relay to power the lamps. i think if you trawl through faq the wiring details of the relay will be there.
