I've always been a Chev mouse fan, and messing around in Oz with all the Holden v8's makes you fond of them.Even now the morning rush at 6am in the Perth suburbs has a large v8 background sound to it.Sometimes spoilt by Harley Fergusons......:doh:

I saw the 5l v10 diesel in a tourag today

I wonder what bhp and torque its pushing out, I was in the classic and couldnt keep up, would be the other way round off road

if I was on oz I would have to go for the 1974 ford falcon XB Gt , ie mad max interceptor!


I would have to go with a real 600 blown motor, not the 351 cleavland form the film with a weeni 300 bhp and fake blower.

I saw guy running one with a real blower once, was nice would be a traversty and the Hemi would have to go in if I was doing it tho

Over 300bhp and .....wait for it.......









Over 750, yes I said 750, nm of torque. You'd have to strap two of your hemis in to beat that (mind you you won't have much of your RR running gear left either if you unleashed all that torque in one go )

And I dont expect the Toerag would last long if you gave it some real work to do...

both true on all counts bar the hemis, like I said the real hemis go into the thousands but that vw motor sure would be nice , especailly for a diesel
