Peak District Recce Run 3rd / 4th july

I thought id set up a seperate thread for the Recce of the routes we'll be using on the Bank holiday run over the peak district the start point will be a pub called the Ladybower inn.

Ladybower
Bamford, Hope Valley S33 0AX

The Manager of the Inn has kindly given us permission to camp on her land down by the dam for the night free of charge as long as we use her pub

which im sure wont be a problem for us to do so if we meet up there from say 6pm onwards then set off from there 8.30am sat morning and run till about 6.30pm then find some quiet wood to lay up for the night and then run early sun till midday ish so that people can get home and get sorted for work on the monday.

Any probs / suggestions gimmie a shout

Sounds good mate at least i know the route we shall be doing, well most of it which is good should be a great weekend

The only real change to the route will be chapelgate the rest will be the same.

One problem i can see baz is we will all have hangovers on the sat morning so that sounds just great should be good another pub camp
