hi all again ive made a mistake there is no book sign up on the display must have looked when just turned ignition on or something can someone just confirm that the book sign would be shown all the time and if so any more ideas on my heater problem thanks

The book isn't always displayed, it doesn't 'hard' fault on like an EAS fault, it will come and go depending on whether it recognises the fault at that time. e.g. it might display a fault because it can't reach a set temperature; however if the outside temp changes which then allows it to reach that temp the book will clear. Mine does it now and then, it needs a re-gas so if outside temp is too warm and it can't get internal temp low enough it shows a fault, but if outdoor temp is low enough it doesn't recognise the fault.

mine gets warm but not as hot as it should and the faster you put the fan on the cooler it gets sounds like an air lock to me but not 100% on how to try and clear it and dont want to make it worse or any other ideas what could be??

if its air locked/blocked. clamp the two pipes off at the bulkhead in engine bay, take em off the aliminium pipes and blst out with hose pipes, both pipes, then fill with hose pipe and replace pipes.
