Hi there, I have a 95 P38 DSE.
For the past month I have been having problems with the suspension raising.
After looking through this great site I decided to change the seal on the air pump. Indeed it was shot and needed replacing.
This did not cure things though.
Using ES UN-LOCK suit I tested for faults. None apart from "vehicle has moved"
First I switched the pump on, after a minuet I switched it self off as it was up to pressure.
Next I depressurised the air springs and then disconnected the air pipes from the outside of the valve block. I operated each valve from the laptop. Air came out from each one in turn.
Re-connecting them I then inflate them manually. They come up just to take the weight of the bump stops and then hardly move if at all.
I inflated each air spring using an air line and tee pieces to raise the springs to normal hight.
Again I tried to raise using the laptop, all the solenoids clicked but no movement.
If I click to go down, each one operates as it should. Lowering around 10-15mm per click.
Does anyone have any ideas with this please?
(sorry for the lengthy description)
