Hi There,
Just looking for abit of advice. I have a TD4 Freelandersport 2005. It has Full LR service history and had fuel pump replaced around 3 years ago.
4 Months ago the car had an issue and still does, with not firing unless the ignition has been on for around 30 seconds.
Now, in neutral and any gear, at between 3k and 3.5k rpm the engine will not go above that and holds in that range until you let go of the accelerator.
Searching on the forums it sounds like i need to replace the fuel pump near the rear arch, would that be correct? Does anyone have the LR part number?
I have tried disconnecting the air filter and MAF sensor to see if it was either of these and still have the same problem.
Cheers,
Danny
