I picked up the "NEW" car today. 2000 4.6 Vogue in almost showroom nick with <13K on the clock.
A few immediate "niggles" that in all honesty I was too eager/stupid not to spot in the first look-see visit.
Are some of these "features" BeCM programme-options dependent...to be set by the dealer?
Heartwarming, helpful answers on a postcard (please?)
Or, is she a lemon? LOL

- Cruise Control bust (perished vacuum lines) ...... fixed but seems to want to accelerate all the time rather than stay at the set speed... hoping it will settle down with use.
- Weird door-locking. On my HSE if a door/bonnet/boot is open and you hit the "lock" button on the fob you get a "mislock" alarm beep-beep. Not so on this. Bonnet up, fob-lock all doors, no mislock. similarly, drivers door wide-open, still no mislock.
- Operation of drivers door key does NOT cause the sidelights to flash (as it should for EKA operations).
- Lazy-locking..... totally missing.
- Mirror-dipping when you go into reverse..... nope!
