Hi everybody, I just joined this forum, as a happy owner of a Free Lander TD4 registered in 2001, with 250.000 Km, equals approx 160.000 miles, I had this car for almost a year now, running fine, great engine power!
Only trouble I'm having is with fuel level indication, below half tank is very erratic,each time I switch on ignition, pointer never indicates same value, fluctuating for a range of one quarter tank!
I'm an aircraft mechanic, and I'd like to fix this problem by myself, but also it would be great having a hint from some old Free Lander user, who might have same problem.
Is' it most probable with the transmitter into fuel tank, or indicator, or wiring?
