Good evening all from sunny Scotland 
Just bought myself a series 1 (in bits) heres the details from the sales advert all comments welcome good & bad as I will be needing advice on
fitting the v8 as ive never done one before
- Chassis professionally repaired, central cross members removed and replaced, rear cross member removed and replaced!
- Entire chassis shot blasted, zinc coated and stove enameled by a professional truck chassis remanufacturer.
- Tilt/canvas very good condition as per pic, barely used exmoor trim!
- Complete unused Auto sparks wiring loom still bagged!
- Front and rear Salisbury HD axles
- Brand new front leaf springs
- Great condition rear leaf springs
- Ex military 109 V8 engine bearing service plate
- 109 Ex military Lt85 4sp gearbox bearing rebuild service plate
- Ex military double yolk front drive shaft (selling for £600 on eBay alone)
- Several (maybe 4) original Lucas independent wiper motors
- Original heater matrix, complete with screen mounted vents and serviceable spare
- Very solid bulk head, with minor low panel (pedal well) repair required
- Custom manufactured stainless steel fuel tank
- Fully serviced steering box
- Full lights through grill, with additional lights behind grill included
-Tub and wings in good condition, dents and bends as to be expected, but general condition of metal itself very good!
Main dials and "dash" intact and working, smaller service lamps not included
