This is what I did today
Tools needed
12mm, 19mm, 20mm, ratchet 3/8"
19mm, breaker bar, torque wrench 1/2"
Small crow bar, big eff off hammer.
screwdrivers, possibly drill.
Parts
Discs, pads, screws to hold discs
Copper grease
I removed the road wheel and unbolted the caliper (12mm), then I drilled and drifted the screw loose. I then got my camera.
I used the 20mm socket with a ratchet handle and gently tried to undo the 19mm 12 pointed caliper bolts, this removed the scale.
The 19mm socket will need to be fitted with a hammer.
I used my new 2 foot long breaker and a 19mm socket and unbolted the caliper bracket, the chisel is to hold the cable out of the way.
Now removed I hit the disc to loosen it, then hit one side and levered the other to remove it.
Then I pulled the disc off
Now I copper greased the hub so the new disc would not stick
