Thanks for the great advice, it's running Pirelli Scorpions on the front which are due for replacement any time, and Grabbers on the back.
I've heard that the grabbers are not good on mud and can understeer, any thoughts?
I run Hancooks on my Touareg, does anyone run them on a Range?

Many Thanks.

mine are on 19" rims with scorpions all round.....bought it like it, fronts will need changing soon so any suggestions welcome.....I won't be doing any off roading except pulling the caravan on and off the odd field...

Scorpion STs are great, but they're very hard to find now. Avoid the replacement STRs, they're awful.

I'm running General Grabber AT2s with 18 inch rims on mine and they're absolutely great for both road and off road. They might struggle in really thick mud, but most non mud tyres will. I've only ever got stuck on ice so far.

Be careful with tyre choice - P38s are a bit fussy with tyres especially on larger rims.
