Disco 2 Miscoded Injector(s) Symptoms

I've made the mistake of reading more older freds, and just like a hypochondriac, I think my Disco has got similar issues to some of those being posted :D
So, in a nutshell, can anyone tell me what would be the most obvious symptom of having any (all) of the injectors replaced, and not re coding the new ones to the ECU?
 
Rather than worry about it, why not open the rocker cover, check the numbers against what your nanocom is stated are programmed in?
I am guessing you are going to worry about it until you do check it ...now you have been reading.......:p:p:p

Dammit man, I'm trying to get out of doing any work. There's probably nothing wrong with my engine anymore, but reading these freds just makes me think... hmm, mine does that... :D I'll check the codes of the fitted injectors this weekend and compare them to whats in the ECU, when hopefully the weather will have improved.
 
Anyway, by asking these (sometimes, but mostly) silly questions, someone else who doesn't have a Nanocom may be able to learn something.
This is my excuse, and I'm sticking to it. :p

Hopefully when I've checked the actual injector codes it'll shed some light on it. Or maybe I just need to stop worrying about nothing all the time. :)
 
OK, so I've got the codes from the injectors themselves and compared them to the codes in the ECU and the letter parts of the codes match fine, however, I'm confused about the number parts of the codes as they are not the same. Does this matter? o_O
 
In the Rave ( EDIT : I mean nanocom......:oops::oops: ......)...ECU manual there is a description of what the letters mean. Not sure if it covers the final number.

There should be only 5 letters stored in the ECU memory nothing else matters in this area and as i said it would affect only high revs(above 2500-3000)
 
as long as the letter codes are mathcing the problem is somewhere else, record a "inputs fuelling" log on SD card from a ride where the symptom occurs, download it to computer and post it here then we'll see

OK, I've just been out for a decent run on normal roads, and a small detour up a greenlane to gather some data. The problem is beginning to look like the nut behind the wheel :) but I've attached the CSV file anyway.
