lowering or other seat adjustments

hi

just got a TD4 ES 02 freelander, im quite tall and im finding the driving a tad uncomfortable after a while.

Can the seat be lowered or other adjustments made to help me.

To follow the general idea around here, did you try to lower the tyrepressure a little ?? Doing this will result you in sitting lower (closer to the ground) ??
