Limp washer jets

My washer jets are more of a dribble than a jet. is this the norm... or is the pump up for replacement?
 
Ah ok will try that. Water does come out.. but only really reaching the bottom of the windscreen. I'll go down the local garage and pay 20p for a blowy
 
I agree the washer jets don't really seem to be powerful like on some other cars, I have thought about an upgrading it somehow , I wonder if its the jets or the pump that needs upgrading ?

The washers on mine are ok. Clean the jets and see if they improve.
 
Found the issue - both of the small elbows on the washer jet, connecting the jet to the pipework have splits down them. For now I have removed the elbow and had enough slack to connect the pipe direct, but need to get 2 new elbows. You can bet I have to buy entire jets.. less Halfrauds have something similar..
