Lights??? Help

Hello I have a discovery 1 and the other night I lost all dash lights excepted the ones like blue full been and green indericater ones and the rear side lights but both brake lights work I have changed bulbs and the fuses but still no luck anyone help ??

dash lights are driven from side light circuit. Brakes are seperate circuit. do you have front side lights? check side light fuse first

You have a problem if you have lost 'all' dash lights, or do you mean just the night time dash illumination.
Do you have a Haynes manual? as the wiring diagrams will be helpful in tracing your fault what ever it is.
The dash earth connections behind the kick panels is the first place i'd look only takes a few mins.

But then as already mentioned, u could have an iffy lighting switch, if your issueis night illumination, as that where it all starts then on to fuse 8 via a red wire.

Check the electrical connectors at the rear of the ignition switch ...
