Key won't turn

I'm dealing with this issue on my 93 LSE today. I found a great link with pics so I'm sharing it.

unfortunately you fooked up the link.. missing an h from the front..

Fixed. You gotta potty mouth.

Well, I've gotten down to the ignition switch on the steering column, but not wanting to f**k with removing the sheer bolts to remove the whole of the switch from the column I removed the electrics end of the switch. That allowed me to get some dry lube into the back end of the barrel and that solved the problem (for now).

I did run to the same problem that the guy on the link had with the metal clips not holding the electric part of the switch tight against the mechanical mechanism, but I fixed that by crimping the clips as much as possible and fortifying the constraint with a zip tie.
