yes that is high,1000 revs i could live with until all other faults sorted but not 1500,to high.

i think you need to get this on a rovacom or some other diagnostics machine,but which one i dont know,irish would be the best one for that,pm him and ask him.

Well the plus side is that you ought to be able to flog it again for about what you paid for it (the laptop, that is) if it doesn't work.

Look at the Black Box Solutions web site, looks like it's much less than £2500 new if you go for the single vehicle licence.

morning guys sounds like a good thing if you have a socket to read from lol unsure if mine works as yet need more looking in to new eas ecu on way be here tomorrow to eliminate that also it has no faults logged so if thats what it is for example and i plug and play so to speak would it just work?

Dunno, when I last looked they had Faultmate Lite single vehicle kits that seemed to do most things for about £850 if I remember correctly.
Rovercom is obsolete.

Just checked the Black Box site, Faultmate Nano complete kit for P38 single vehicle licence product code SV125 is 571.55 inc VAT
You have to have a Laptop PC to use with it. For a bit more you can get one with a simple display that can be used with or without a Laptop PC

na its not looking good think this laptop i got is too old need to install .net framework for it work apparently that wont go on till i.e 5.01 is on that wont go on till installer 2 is on and so on it wont take the stuff for some reason so looks like thats it will have to wait a few weeks and save up to buy another laptop
