Landrovers are important to those of us living in the Falklands even if it does seem like the Mitsubishi L200 etc are taking over! I have a 110 Defender (Puma 2.4) and a 90!

My mate nearly convinced me to buy new L200 about 10 years ago. He spent £15000 on one, I decided to stick with my ole p38 scrapper. Only one of us still owns that investment

So which part do you live on. I had two tours during my RAF career in the Eighties. I went from Port Stanley MPA then Hillcove and later to Foxbay as helicopter refueller. I still remember them as I write Christmas cards, also I know a family living in Stanley Jeremy Moore avenue. Ignore my rudeness I wish you well to the madhouse.

Hi! I’m working at MPA with British International Helicopters so we refuel at Fox Bay on a regular basis! I live at Fitzroy now but was in Stanley for many years. Was a Police Officer in the 80’s
