well he said its a 1990 advertised with a 200 tdi engine so im guessing its been converted which is why im saying where has it come from as far as i know they didnt fit 200 tdi engines standard on this year or before so this is why i dont understand

It's not a later Defender, it's a later 90. It is possible that it's an earlier Defender though.

so what year do you think dependers first had 200s fitted oh yoda ?
 
so if some put a 1994 defender engine in a 1990 90 this wouldnt be retrofitting? is that what your saying
