Help neened Wipers not working / horn sounding

My rangerover vouge (2007 model) has been lieing up for 6 days and when i went to open it the alarm sounded.
Started vehicle and wipers dont work and alarm continues to sound.
If i open the rhr door the wipers and washer come on and the boot opens.
Anyone came accross this strange problem before

i have had some really wierd things go on too! when revesing i couldnt hear the sensors beeping, i had no electrical items working at all, windows int lights radio, nothing engine ran but rough and headlamps flashed on and off on there own! i disconnected the battery for 10 secs and after reconnecting everything was fine. there is a radio ham guy living not to far away and i think it may have been that, never happened since.
try the battery thing? you may be lucky..............
(mine was also sitting for nearly a week before it happened)
