Head Gaskets?

My P38 is a 2.5 DSE from 1999, so could someone please tell me which of the following I should be after:

(2.5L 6 CYL BMW DIESEL) GASKET-CYLINDER HEAD, 1.62MM, 2 HOLES Part number: STC2030

or

STC2031 HEAD GASKET BMW M51 3 HOLE NRR

Just had a look at a couple of suppliers and they both say the STC2030 has been superceded by the STC2031 and is no longer available, so it looks like the STC2031 is the correct one.

Always fit a three hole gasket to be on the safe side or you may have the valves making love to the pistons.
