So, I went to load the disco onto the trailer behind the 90 yesterday and the back of the 90 did a good impression of a broken Citroen. So it's fairly evident I need some HD springs. The two most common on offer seem to be the Britpart Yellow and Bearmach variants. Which do you think would be better? And should I replace all the springs or just the rear ones?

Thanks again

I fitted some Air shocks to my bosses disco
he was towing a boot up to Scotland which on the trailer look way to big for the disco .So he put it on a weigh bridge and it checked out ok

Any way the air shocks I fitted were a piece of **** to fit and leveled the disco out a treat , then adjusted the pressure in them for normal use

sorry it was over 10 year ago, but they are still available , the ones I fitted (allso to a vauxhall carlton ) had a pipe from each to a gauge to a tyre valve fitting

Monroe load levellers from memory.

Going to go for Bearmach HD std height springs (give about 1" lift anyway) - looked at the adjustable Koni shocks in more detail - mentions nothing about increasing load capacity - as I suspected it's just to firm up the ride (or soften) as a damper should - not to take weight.

Thanks for the help. Gutted I didn't get to take the disco out at the weekend :(
